An office computer goes through several logins a day and the problems get worse when you share the PC with someone else. In such cases computer is easy target for malware and deadly viruses some of them so lethal they could steal your personal information. If you are allowed try to installed a malware proof browser and never open sites and click on links which could be malware prone.
