HTC announced a cheaper brother of its flagship model One M8 that replaces the metallic body with colorful polycarbonate unibody design. The Taiwanese mobile maker is hoping to lure budget conscious consumers with the same features of flagship model with a fancy new design at a cut down price.
While the smartphone does not copy all the feature of its processor it still have the key specs that makes HTC One M8 stand out to Galaxy S5. The device has the same 5 inch 1080 p HD display of M8 wrapped in a unibody design which is made of sturdy plastic instead of metal.
The cheaper brother of HTC M8 has managed to keep most of the high profile features of its pricey counterpart. Despite the price cut elements like dual front facing speakers, motion launch and ergonomic design have made it to HTC One E8.

The biggest change is in the camera section where the cheaper HTC One E8 shuns its predecessor’s dual camera for 13 megapixels rear camera. It also has 5 megapixels camera in the front which makes it a hefty camera phone in the low budget smartphone segment.
The smartphone also sport the same 2600 mAh battery like M8 and also comes in dual sim option. HTC one E8 will be available in four color options Polar White, Electric Crimson, Maldives Blue and Misty Gray. There is no official announcement on the price of HTC One E8 but it may cost almost half of its flagship model.
