The Indian smartphone maker, Micromax, will never stop delivering ‘bolts’ to the users. The company has released its new product, the Micromax Bolt A064, in the Indian smartphone market, and it will surely give fierce competition to other brands as the device goes for sell from Thursday.
The smartphone has gone for sell via online retailers Snapdeal and Amazon and will be available in mobile stores after some time.
The arrival of the Micromax Bolt A064 is going to create ripples in the existing ultra-affordable smartphone range as the device is going to be available for33,01.
The Micromax Bolt A064 is not only a cheaper device, but also a powerful and average performance smartphones considering its price range.
The device comes with a 3.5 inch display with an HVGA 320×480 pixel resolution. The Micromax Bolt A064 is powered by MediaTek’s dual-core processor clocked at 1 GHz and supported by 512 MB of RAM.
The internal storage of the device is of 4 GB which can be extended till 32 GB with the help of a microSD card.
When it comes to shooting from the Micromax Bolt A064, the device has a 2 megapixel primary camera accompanied by an LED flash light. The front-facing camera is of 0.3 megapixel.
The smartphone comes packed with a 1400 mAh battery that arguably provides 5 hours talktime and 150 hours of standby on 2G network. Unfortunately, the Bolt A064 does not support 3G connectivity.
The biggest selling point of the Micromax Bolt A064 is going to be its OS as Micromax is delivering the device with Android Kitkat 4.4.2.
