Love clicking yourself? Nokia has got something new for people like you who take more selfies than other pictures. The new Nokia Lumia 730 has been unveiled by the Finnish during the ongoing IFA 2014 event in Berlin.
Talking about the USP of the Nokia Lumia 730, the device comes with a 5 megapixel camera but something to your surprise the 5 megapixel camera is placed at the front side of the device. Nokia has given more thought on people’s increasing association with selfies.
Apart from the front camera, Nokia Lumia 730 also has a 6.7 megapixel rear-facing camera.
“We wanted to create a phone with a front-facing camera that delivered the same results as any main camera. We used a 5MP sensor with a big pixel size, developed super wide optics design and bent some laws of physics to make it fit to the product without any compromises,” tells Juha Alakarhu, Microsoft’s imaging expert.
The Nokia Lumia 730 is going to come with a 4.7 inch 720 pixel HD ClearBlack technology OLED display. The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. The smartphone has 1 GB RAM and comes with an 8 GB of internal storage which can be extended with the help of a microSD card.
The Nokia Lumia 730 is juiced up by a battery with 2220 mAh that can give you a browsing time of 8.5 hours. The device comes with NFC, wireless charging and Bluetooth. It will be running Windows Phone 8.1 operating system with Lumia Denim update out of the box.
