Samsung is definitely going to release the successor of Samsung Galaxy S4 and the name is going to be the Samsung Galaxy S5. However, the Korean tech giant is going to announce Samsung Galaxy F along with its next flagship smartphone this year.
According to a Koran publication, the Galaxy F is going to be released just after the release of Samsung Galaxy S5 and will sport an all metal body. We did get to know that Samsung was starting a metal casing production line in Vietnam and the casing was going to be used for the successor of the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone.
A Sammobile report suggests that the Samsung Galaxy F is going to be a high-end Galaxy S5 version and will carry the model number SM-G900F. We are not yet sure about the exact specifications of the Galaxy F but based on some recent report we anticipate that the Galaxy F is going to come with better specifications than the Galaxy S5.
There is also a possibility that the Galaxy F can be the Google version of the Galaxy S5, but the move is very unlikely as the main difference between the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Google Play edition of the smartphone was only the version of Android.
Recent rumours suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S5 is going to come packed inside a metal chassis and the two devices are going to be the same. However, the move is highly unlikely as the Korean tech company will not take any chances to change the name of its flagship products.
In late November, there were reports that Samsung is going to release two versions of the Galaxy S5 and the higher version will come with a metal chassis and flexible OLED display. Samsung has not said anything officially about the existence of the Galaxy F or its release but the announcement is expected somewhere in March as the company releases its latest smartphone during that period.
