
Samsung’s flagship model is just weeks away from its official release and ahead of the launch popular network provider in US have started taking pre orders for Galaxy S5. Two major telecom player of US market AT&T and T Mobile have announced that they are ready to take pre orders for new flagship Samsung Galaxy S5. AT&T has started taking pre orders from Friday onward while T mobile will be ready to take them form Monday.
According to AT&T the Galaxy S5 will cost around $200 with 2 year contract and $650 without any contact agreement. On the other hand T Mobile is charging total $660 for the new Samsung flagship under its installment plan.
AT&T which is also selling new Galaxy smartwatch says that the price of Galaxy Gear 2 will sell at the offer prize of $299. The lighter and cheaper version of Galaxy Gear named as Neo will be selling for $199. Another Fitness gear from Samsung called ‘Gear Fit’ will also be available at $199.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 which was first launched by Samsung in the Mobile World Congress in February features 5.1 inch display screen. It carries the same 1080p Super AMOLED display which is found in Galaxy S4. Galaxy S5 is powered by 2500 GHz quad core processor and has 3 GB RAM to make full advantage for increased pixel size in the new model. As expected it runs on Android 4.4.2 Android KitKat which is the latest version of Android.
The new Samsung flagship come with water and dust proof design and sport shiny flip cover on the back which look totally different from any other Samsung model. Galaxy S5 is first Samsung smartphone to use a finger print scanner for unlocking the device.
It has got 16 Megapixels rear camera which has been adopted from Galaxy S4 Zoom and 2 MP camera at the front. According to Samsung the Galaxy S5 will be available around the world in the month of April.
