The cut throat technology market is ever changing, within months a world class smartphone’s technology and features become dull and outdated. In its effort to keep up the competition Samsung may have 16 megapixels camera in the next line of its flagship models starting from Galaxy S 5.
According to a Korean website called ET News the next generation Samsung Galaxy flagship smartphones will feature 16 megapixel camera. This upcoming Galaxy models will sport Optical Image stabilization feature that helps to capture clear images in hasty situations. The change might take place with the launch of Samsung’s next Galaxy model S5 which is set for a release next year.
Although the report says that Galaxy Note III which might make its debut in the Berlin IFA on Sep. 4 will sport 13 megapixels camera like the Galaxy S4. The Korean website also stated that Note III camera might not have optical image stabilization (OIS). Otherwise, Note III will pack solid features like 5.68 inch screen with Super AMOLED display of 1920X1080 pixels and latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. As per the reports Samsung’s rival Sony has already started working on a 16 megapixels camera with CMSO image sensor for its next line of Xperia smartphones.
