Fans of Nexus devices and Android’s next iteration were little disappointed as Google did not make any mention of Nexus 5, Android 4.4 KitKat and Nexus 10 in its today’s The Moring with Google + event.
However, there is nothing much to get disappointed as new reports suggest that the announcement for the launch event of these three new Google products is not very far away.
Google fans woke up this morning anticipating that they will get to know at least something about the Android 4.4 KitKat in the Google+ event. But, as the name suggests, the event talked about things related to Google+ only.
As earlier rumors suggested that the announcement of the Google-LG manufactured Nexus devices and Android 4.4 KitKat update will be announced by October end, the eagerness on the last day of the month is quite expected and justified.
Now it’s clear that there won’t be any such announcement this month, but reports coming from Mid-east suggest that the announcement is going to made in the first week of November.
Invites for a special event being held in Israel’s Tel-Aviv are being sent and the invite is a mix of KitKat, an LG Nexus device and time and date of the event.
The invitations are being sent by LG distributer Ronlight Digital and the invite indicates that before this event takes place in Tel-Aviv on November 5, there will be a special event talking about the Nexus 5, Nexus 10 and Android 4.4 KitKat.
