Latest update of Apple Store app gets advanced layer of authentication to boost security and secure your personal data. The updated app requires iOS users to go through 2 step identification process instead of one. Now to purchase a product from Apple Store user need to enter his/her password and then a verification code to log into Apple Store.
In order to use the two identification process Apple users need to alter Password and Security option of their Apple ID. Turn of the advanced verification process and now every time you try to buy something from Apple Store you would be asked to go through 2 step authentication route.
The 3.3 App Store update also improves use of Touch ID on various stages. Now iOS users can check history of purchase, check EasyPay receipts and make reservations at Apple Store by just using Touch ID. The new reservation feature could be used to book an appointment to your favorable Apple Store for trying on Apple Watch. Earlier, iPhone and iPad users were required to enter pass code to use any of these services.
As Apple Pay slowly gaining grounds the upgraded feature will help EasyPay users to keep their records safe. The update is optimized for iOS devices that run on iOS 7 or letter version of Apple’s mobile operating system.
