As the buzz of Motorola’s next generation budget beasty’s arrival get bigger you must be envisioning how the next Moto G will look like? Well know there are some pretty clear images on the web to feed your imagination. A Hong Kong based publisher HelloMotoHK has posted a group of pictures of alleged next generation Moto G or Moto G2 as some wish to call it.
Earlier it was rumored that Moto G2 will boast 5 inch display instead of the 4.5 inch display currently found in the budget driven Motorola. The recently surfaced images support that argument as the shown smartphone looks more like a phablet size Smartphone.
The upcoming Moto G2 is expected to have 8 megapixels camera which is a significant boost from the 5 megapixels camera in current Moto G. Rumors also hint on a more powerful Snapdragon S4 processor on board and extended memory slot that is missing in current budget Moto. Some reports also suggest that Moto G2 will borrow front speaker design from low cost Moto E.
Similar to Moto G the successor is also expected to come in 8 GB and 16 GB model but its unclear how much memory expansion will be available through memory slot. Moto G2 will also sport swappable back panel like most of Moto of models.
Motorola is likely to launch the next generation Moto G on Sep 4 for which the company has already circulated media invites without mentioning the purpose of the event.
On the other hand the original Moto G models are now selling for discounted prices as 8 GB Moto G model is tipped for 10,499 while 16 GB model is available for 11,999.
